JOM SEMAK RESEPI MUDAH INI.
RESEPI ASAL; MARTHA STEWART
1 CUP OF FLOUR
1/2 CUP OF COCO POWDER
1/2 TSP OF BAKING SODA
1/2 TSP OF SALT-OPTIONAL NO NEED TO ADD IF U USING A SALTED BUTTER.
8 TBSP OF BUTTER@ 1 STICK OF BUTTER(113G)
11/2 CUPS SUGAR
2 LARGE EGGS
1 TSP OF VANILLA ESSENCE
8 OZ GOOD QUALITY MILKY CHOCOLATE
- 4 OZ COURSELY CHOPPED
- 4 OZ CUT INTO 1/4 INCH CHUNK
METHOD;
PREHEAT OVEN AT 180C/325F
BAKE; 15 MINS
1-WHISK TOGETHER TOGETHER FLOUR,COCO POWDER,BAKING SODA,SALT IN A BIG BOWL.
2- MELT COURSELY CHOPPED MILKY CHOCOLATE BAR WITH BUTTER ON WATER BATH METHOD UNTIL AND MELTED AND WELL COMBINED..PUT ASIDE.
3- PREPARE THE MIXING BOWL AND PUT YHE MELTED CHOCOLATE....FITTED WITH PADDLE ATTACHEMENT..LATER ADD IN SUGAR,EGGS AND VANILLA.
4- MIX WITH MEDIUM SPEED UNTIL COMBINED.REDUCE SPEED TO LOW, GRADUALLY ADD IN FLOUR MIXTURE AND FOLD IN THE CHOCOLATE CHUNK.
5- SCOOP BATTER USING 11/2 INCH ICE CREAM SCOOP ,PLACE THE SCOOP BATTER 2 INCH A PART ...
BAKE FOR 15 MINS.
P/S; U ALSO CAN PUT THE MILKY CHOCOLATE CHUNK JUST FOR GARNISHING..INSTEAD OF PUTTING CHOCOLATE TOGETHER INTO THE BATTER.
IT WILL MAKE THE COOKIES MUCH BETTER LOOKING..LAGI CUTE GITU...
