CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES WITH SALTED CARAMEL

SABTU LALU YAYA KATA MAMA NAK MAKAN KEK KOKO LA!BIAR BETUL BUDAK NI...YAYA NI PALING TIDAK SUKA MENIKMATI MASAKAN KEK ATAU KUIH YANG BERASAKAN KOKO.TULA..NIKEE MATI AKAL KALAU NAK BUAT KEK KOKO..PADAHAL NIKEE MEMANG SUKAKAN KOKO...












           BILA BERPELUANG BUAT KEK KOKO..TERUJALAH NIKEE SEKEJAP.KATA YAYA KAWANNYA SEDIAKAN MOIST CAKE COCO YANG SELALU DI BUAT OLEH SEMUA TU...YAYA KATA MAMA GUNAKANLAH RESEPI MAMA OK..JANGAN BANDINGKAN DENGAN YANG ORANG LAIN PUNYA.





       SO ,BAGI RESEPI KEK KOKO YANG PERSIS BROWNIES NI MEMANG SEDAP DI MAKAN DENGAN ICE CREAM VANILA....SEDAP DI LETAKKAN CREAM CHEESE,BUTTERCREAM FROSTING..INI DADALH SALAH SATU RESEPI YANG ADA DALAM SIMPANAN NIKEE DARI BUKU MASAKAN DESSERTS..OLEH PENULIS DARI AUSTRALIA IAITU..TING MORRIS,RACHEL LANE DAN CARLA BARDI...HMMM HEBAT BUKU MASAKAN INI.

            CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES WITH SALTED CARAMEL:





BASIC CARAMEL:


MAKES: 1 CUP

PREP; 5 MINS

COOKING TIME; 2 MINS


 1/4 CUP(60G) UNSALTED BUTTER
1/4 CUP (60 ML) LIGHT CREAM
1/2 CUP (100G) FIRMLY PACKED DARK BROWN SUGAR
1/2 TSP VANILA EXTRACT
1/4 TSP FINE SALT

1- COMBINE THE BUTTER,CREAM,BROWN SUGAR AND VANILA IN A SMALL SAUSEPAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT.COOK ,STIRRING CONSTANTLY,UNTIL ALL SUGAR DISSOLVES.INCREASE THE HEAT TO HIGH AND BOIL FOR 2 MINUTES.

2- REMOVE FROM HEAT AND SET ASIDE TO COOL AND THICKEN.
  















CHOCOLATE BUTTERLY CAKES;



1 1/3 CUPS (200G) PLAIN FLOUR
2/3 CUP(100G) UNSWEENTENED COCO POWDER
2/3 CUP (150G) SALTED BUTTER 
1 CUP (200G) SUGAR
2 LARGE EGGS
1/2 (125ML) MILK
2 TSP BAKING POWDER
1/4 TSP SALT
1 TSP VANILA ESSENSE


0VEN;180C-160C
BAKE; 15-20 MIN



MIX FLOUR,COCOA,BAKING POWDER AND SALT IN MEDIUM BOWL.BEAT BUTTER AND SUGAR IN LARGE BOWL WITH ELECTRIC MIXER AT HIGH SPEED UNTIL PALE DAN CREAMY.ADD THE EGGS.ONE AT THE TIME.WITH THE MIXER AT LOW SPEED PUT THE FLOUR ALTERNATING WITH THE MILK.SPPON THE B UTTER IN THE PAPERCUPS LINER UNTIL 1 THIRD FULL.


BAKE FOR 15-20 MINUTES.COOL THE CAKES FOR 15 MINUTES BEFORE MAKING A SMALL HOLE IN THE CENTRE AND FILL IT WITH CARAMEL SAUCE.



FROSTING TOP OF THE CAKES WITH SALTED CARAMEL BUTTER CREAM @ VANILLA BUTTERCREAM AND DRIZZLES WITH CARAMEL SAUCE.








SIMPLE BUTTERCREAM:


130 G UNSALTED BUTTER
2 TBSP OF CONDENSED MILK
1/2 CUP  ICING SUGAR-SHIF
1 TBSP VANILA BEANS EXRACT @ESSENCE
3 TBSP OF CARAMEL SAUCE
4 TBSP OF  FULL CREAM MILK





CREAM THE BUTTER UNTIL CREAMY AND PALE AND MILK AND CARAMEL SAUCE...BLEND TOGETHER THE VANILLA ESESSENCE..LASTLY PUT THE ICING SUGAR BIT BY BIT UNTIL ALL WELL BLENDED.POUR 4 TBSP MILK TO CREAM THE FROSTING.

   UNTUK PENGETAHUAN SEMUA KEK KOKO NI TIDAK MANIS CUME CARAMEL SOS DAN FROSTING TU YANG MEMANG CUKUP MEMANISKAN KEK INI.

SEDAP DI SEDIAKAN DI MAJLIS HARIJADI KANAK-KANAK YANG GEMARKAN KEK YANG MANIS.

CARAMEL SOS WELL BALANCE DENGAN KEK KOKO.
