450 G MASHED BANANAS
150G LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
90G  HONEY
4 TBSP MARGERINE-MELTED
225G SELF RAISING FLOUR
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
PINCH OF SALT
150G ROUGHLY CHOPPED WALNUTS

BAKE; 175C,MIXER 350F/GAS MARK 4
            20 MINS


IN LARGE BOWL ,COMBINE THE BANANAS,SUGAR,HONEY AND MARGERINES.BEAT WITH ELECTRIC WHISK UNTIL WELL BLENDED.SLOWLY ADD FLOUR,BAKING POWDER AND SALT AND MIX WELL. FOLD IN THE WALNUTS


SPOON THE BATTER INTO THE CASES.BAKE FOR 20 MINS.REMOVE FROM TINS FROM THE OVEN AND COOL FOR 5 MINS.REMOVE AND COOL ON THR WIRE RACK.


STORE IN TIGHT CONTAINER CAN LAST FOR 2 DAY OR FREEZE CAN LAST FOR 3 MONTHS.





MAKES 11/2 DOZEN CUPCAKES.
