COMBINE ALL THE DRY INGREDIENTS IN BIG BOWL..AND SWIFT A FEW TIMES.
BEAT THE EGGS YOLKS AND SUGAR WITH ELECTRIC MIXER,AT HIGH SPEED UNTIL PALE AND THICK.USE THE LARGE SPATULA TO FOLD IN THE DRY INGREDIENTS.
BEAT THE WHITE EGGS IN A CLEAN LARGE BOWL UNTIL STIFF PEAK FORM AT HIGH SPEED.FOLD THE WHITE EGGS IN THE BATTER.DIVIDE THE BATTER BETWEEN THE SEPARATED EGGS.
BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES..OR UNTIL TOOTH PICK INSERTED INTO CENTER CAKE COMES OUT CLEAN.COOL THE CAKES FOR 5 MINS AND TURN OUT ON THE RACK AND COOL COMPLETELY.
CENTER FILLING;
1 CUP OF MILK.
1/2 VANILLA BEAN@ VANILLA ESSENSE.
3 EGGS YOLKS
1/4 CUP OF SUGAR.
1 TEASPOON OF GELATINE@AGAR2 POWDER.
HEAT MILK IN SAUCEPAN IN MEDIUM HEAT,TOGETHER WITH VANILLA BEAN.
UNTIL SIMMERING.REMOVE FROM HEAT.
WHISK THE YOLKS AND SUGAR UNTIL THICKENED.SLOWLY POUR ONE THIRD OF THE MILK,WHISK CONTINUOSLY.THEN POUR HE REST OF MILK TOGETHER WITH GELATINE POWDER@AGAR-AGAR POWDER.
POUR THE BACK THE MIXTURE BACK ON THE SMALL SAUSEPAN AND COOK OVER SLOW FIRE,STIR CONTINOUSLY WITH THE WOODEN SPOON UNTIL THE MIXTURE THINKENED ENOUGH TO COAT THE WOODEN SPOON.
STRAIN THE CUSTARD AND..LET IS COOL.
MARMALADE BUTTERCREAM;
BY; NIKEE.
250 G BUTTER SALTED @UNSALTED
1 CUP OF ICING SUGAR-SIEVED.
1 TABLESPOON VANILLA ESSENCE
1/4 CUP OF ORANGE MARMALADE
BEAT THE BUTTER UNTIL TURNING PALE AND SOFT AT HIGH SPEED.
SIEVE THE ICING SUGAR,AND PUT SLOWLY INTO THE BUTTER MIXTURE...SLOW DOWN THE SPEED...PUT UNTIL ALL THE ICING SUGAR IS WELL COMBINE.
POUR THE VANILLA ESSENCE AND PUT THE MARMALADE..
AND THE BUTTERCREAM IS READY TO SPREAD ON THE CAKE.
ASSAMBLE THE CAKES;
POUR THE CENTER OF THE CAKES WITH THE CREAM ANGLAISE SLOWLY.
SPREAD THE OTHER CAKES WITH THE MARMALADE..PUT THEM TOGETHER..
PUT THE CAKE ON CAKE TRAY AND SPREAD ALL OVER THE CAKES WITH THE BUTTER CREAM..
ONCE ITS DONE,DECORATE THE CAKES WITH FRESH STRAWBERRIES AND MANDARINE ORANGES IN CAN..
REFRIGERATED THE CAKES FOR FEW HOURS BEFORE SERVING...
