250G CREAM CHEESE,SOFTENED
1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
1/4 TSP LEMON ESSENCE
METHOD:
PREHEATED 175 C,PLACE 18 BAKING MUFFINS CASES IN MUFFINS TINS.
COMBINE ALL THE BUTTER,SUGAR,FLOUR,ANG EGGS IN THE LARGE BOWLS AND BEAT WITH ELECTRIC WHISK UNTILL SMOOTH,ABOUT 2 AND 3 MINUTES. STIR ALL THE OTHER INGREDIENTS AND SPOON THE BATTER INTO THE CASES AND BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES AND COOL FOR 5 MINUTES BEFORE FROST THE TOPPING.
TO MAKE THE FRESH CREAM TOPPING,VEAT THE FERH CREAM UNTILL STIFF REMOVE AND LEAVE IT ASIDE.
BEAT THE CHEESE UNTIL WELL COMBINE AND PUT LEMON ESSENSE ,TOGETHER WITH THE LEMON JUICE ,WELL MIXED.
PUT TOGETHER THE FERSH CREAM AND THE FROSTING ARE READING TO USE.
